We sell digital information products, including but not limited to PDF guides, CSV templates, and digital toolkits. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Product Delivery

After completing your purchase through Stripe, you will receive a download link to access your product. Delivery is typically immediate. If you do not receive your download link, contact us at support@withjz.com with your order confirmation, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following condition:

• If the product does not substantially match the description provided on the product page at the time of purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or internal business use. You may not:
